Leader as Coach programme
For sustainability and lasting follow-through for organizations, we offer a program called Leader as Coach,
which equips Leaders with coaching skills that will enable the Leader to create a culture of growth to tap into his own potential,
potential of his team and the organization.
The program is skills-based and highly experiential and is done in 3 phases:
- Phase 1 - Individual Level:
Increased self-awareness, personal presence and purpose, emotional intelligence, values and leadership orientation, knowledge of personal strengths and growth areas
- Phase 2 - Team Level:
Social intelligence (ORSC), communication, diversity (comprehensive), giving/receiving feedback, increased engagement, coaching and mentoring
- Phase 3 - Organizational Level:
Understanding organizational culture, developing and implementing vision and strategy, social intelligence, relationship system intelligence, delivering impact and value, coaching and mentoring
